What is the Whistleblowing Channel?

A channel of Reports allows you to report to an entity on wrongful actions of those who provide an employment or professional relationship with HAZLOPOSIBLE

Recipients of the data

Without prejudice to the treatment by the Responsible of the whistleblowing channel, the information of the complaint, and that we collect in the context of your research may be communicated to the Data Protection officer, the head of the legal services of the entity, or to the organ competent for the processing of the possible disciplinary records. You may also be communicated, in its case to the police or judicial authorities competent in the framework of an investigation or for the exercise of legal action.

Period of conservation

The time limits for storing the personal data shall be those set out in article 32 of the Law 2/2023, 20 February, regulating the protection of persons reporting on breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.
