The job is much more than a job. Is autonomy, personal growth and the opportunity to contribute value to society. But, for many people with disabilities, finding a job is still a path full of obstacles.
Selection processes is not readily accessible, limited opportunities, and the lack of information left thousands of professionals without the opportunity to demonstrate their talent. It is time to change this.
A portal that was born from a real need
In Fundación Hazloposible for years we have been managing Hacesfalta.org a portal of reference employment-social. During this time, we have detected a demand clear: people with disabilities need a space specific where access to job opportunities real, and the businesses and entities looking for tools more effective to facilitate inclusion.
We've listened to users, organizations and companies. HazloInclusivo.org born to give response to these needs, beginning with the group of persons with disabilities to the future enlargement of the portal to include other groups at risk of exclusionoffering an environment that is more accessible and connecting diverse gifted with job opportunities aligned with inclusion and social justice
A project co-financed by the European Union the office of the Mechanism of Recovery and Resilience Program NextGenerationEU. Supported by the Ministry of Employment and the Social Economy of the Government of Spain under the Plan of Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience that unifies in a single space, diverse employment opportunities, facilitating access to decent employment and facilities.
More than a job portal
HazloInclusivo.org not only is a site where it was published job offers. It is a platform that promotes the inclusion in the workplace from all angles:
- For the candidatesoffering employment in businesses that are committed, relevant information and training resources to improve their employability.
- For the companies, by facilitating the recruitment of diverse gifted and helping to promote inclusion strategies and resources that facilitate the creation of diverse equipment, more innovative, and committed to the sustainability and inclusion.
- For the social institutions, creating a channel of connection with employment opportunities and tools that facilitate the inclusion of its beneficiaries.
What makes us different
HazloInclusivo.org born within the Hazloposible Foundation, which works to create a society that is more engaged and participatory. For years, we help companies to develop their social impact, and provide volunteer opportunities and employment in the social sector. HazloInclusivo.org arises as a natural step in our work, offering a more specific that we have detected thanks to our experience with Hacesfalta.org.
We opted for a just transition and sustainable, where the inclusion is not only a legal requirement, but a real effort by the talent, diversity and social justice.
In Spain, there are other portals of employment for people with disabilities, but HazloInclusivo.org it goes beyond that. Not only we connect supply and demand, but we unify in a single space, diverse employment opportunities, facilitating access to decent employment and facilities. We provide information of value to candidates, helping them to improve their employability and to know your rights, as well as for employers, providing resources and guidance to foster work environments more inclusive. All this from a focus on equity and decent employment, aligned with the Sustainable Development goals (ODS) and the values of the Social Economy.
